Flannels!!

Okay, this may be my favorite trend that ever hit the trending world of fashion. Literally, I can wear a flannel with everything. Not only are they just versatile, they are also extremely comfortable, and hey, now they are apparently fashionable. If I could wear flannels for the rest of my life, oh believe me, I so would.

Flannels are also such a unisex clothing piece that guys or girls can wear. They can also be found at super cheap thrift stores for about $5. I get all of my flannels from Goodwill and spend about 3 to 5 bucks!

This trend isn't going anywhere! I believe that it will be around for a long time, so until then, stay comfy & trendy in a flannel! Stay cute.

Dark Lips!

Okay, let me just start off by saying that I have never been into lipstick until dark lips became a trend. Girls have always worn dark lipsticks but I feel like this past fall season it was a major trend. Dark lips, to me, look great on anyone. From someone who is very pale to someone who has a deeper skin tone.

Wine, deep deep reds, and dark purple that almost looks black were the three main dark lip colors that I have seen everywhere. Celebrities such as Khloe Kardashian, Lorde, Ariana Grande, Kylie Jenner, Cara Delevingne, and more have been rocking the dark lip trend too lately.

I am going to cry a little when spring rolls around because I will just look like a goth (or a person who hates life) if I continue to wear my dark lipsticks. Spring is supposed to be bright and cheerful but all I want to do is throw on my dark lips. I do not like wearing bright lipsticks so I guess I will have to wait until fall/winter rolls around later on in this year. Or I can rock the classic red lips because that trend will never go out of style and it can be worn all throughout the year. So, I am going to enjoy the last few weeks of winter and I will be rockin' my dark lips! Stay cute.

Envelope Skirts

Lately, I've been seeing girls wearing these really cute, mini skirts called envelope skirts. The reason why they're called envelope skirts is because they fold over like an envelope. Ever since I've seen my style icon, Kylie Jenner, wear one I have been seeing them everywhere. On the runway, in magazines, on the streets: everywhere. This is a really trendy piece right now that could be styled up or down. It looks like a really high fashion piece but I've seen them being sold at cheap and affordable stores such as Forever 21, Zara, H&M, and more. This is going to be a trend that will carry on into the upcoming spring season. I can also see it still being popular in the summer time. So if you are looking for one that is inexpensive but still cute, then check out the stores I have listed above and rock it! Honestly, anyone can pull off this skirt. Stay cute!

It's All About the Booties!

This season's new shoe trend are ankle booties! I am in love with this trend. I have never been so in love with shoes until this trend has started. At first, I didn't know how to feel about them because I have always been a high boots kind of girl but I am loving the ankle booties. Confession: I bought two new ankle booties in the same day. Ridiculous, I know. But I don't think that this trend will die down anytime soon because they are too cute.. and affordable. There are a lot of places to buy them anywhere from $100 all the way down to $29. So if you love this trend, then get them while they're hot! (:
Stay cute.
